Why intermittent sampling falls short

Bioprocesses are dynamic. Metabolites rise and fall, dissolved oxygen drifts, pH responds to feed events. When sampling happens every few hours, the dynamics between samples are invisible — and many of those dynamics are exactly what determines yield and consistency.

Continuous multiparameter sensing closes that gap. Every event in the process is captured as it happens, not summarised at the next sample.
